If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related product, you may request a return, replacement, or refund as per the terms mentioned below.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery of the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• The item should not show signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alteration.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale may not be eligible for return.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and smooth resolution of return, replacement, or damaged product claims, customers are required to record a clear continuous video while opening the package received from the courier partner.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed outer packaging before opening.
• The shipping label visible on the package.
• The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
• The received product and any issue or damage, if applicable.

Claims related to missing items, damaged products, incorrect products, or defective items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Customized or altered products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed if the item meets our return eligibility conditions.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval and may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may request exchanges for size issues, defective products, or incorrect items delivered.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at the discretion of SIA Lifestyles.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or other applicable charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
