1. Order Cancellation Policy

At SIA Lifestyles, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order after placing it. To ensure smooth order processing and quick dispatch timelines, cancellation requests are accepted only within a limited timeframe.

2. Cancellation Time Window

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 30–45 minutes of placing the order.

After this timeframe, the order may already be processed, packed, or dispatched for shipping and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

3. How To Request Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be initiated through either of the following methods:

• Through the cancellation option available on our website (if applicable).
• By sending an email to our support team with your order details and cancellation request.

Customers are advised to include the following information while requesting cancellation:

• Order ID
• Registered mobile number
• Email address used during purchase
• Reason for cancellation

4. Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the order status at the time of request.

Orders that have already been packed, shipped, or handed over to courier partners may not be eligible for cancellation.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is successfully approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Cancellation of COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can also be cancelled within the allowed cancellation window. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Right To Cancel Orders

SIA Lifestyles reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
